Responsibilities

  • Provide remote end user support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and Australia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be required
  • Provide end user support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), Zoom
  • Provide end user support for other desktop application including MS Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN application
  • Trouble-shoot issues related to Windows 10 OS for end-users
  • Tracking & documenting support activities using ticketing system JIRA)
  • Complete assigned service requests tickets, e.g. new AD user account creation, deletion of AD user account, password reset, etc
  • Perform applications and software upgrades, perform troubleshooting and fine tuning for users
  • Identify and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where necessary

5.ABAP

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology & Informatics Engineering
  • Able to communicate in English actively is a must
  • Having good knowledge programming language such as JavaScript, JQuery, VB.NET, C#,C /C14, Oracle SOL server database
  • Have good programming analysis skills, have made a program that has CRUD features
  • Having experience min. 2 years implement & application for Automation/ PLC Programming etc.
  • Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team
  • Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Understand business process in plantation area/industry is preferred
  • Work Locations : Medan

Responsibilities

  • Identify & developed application base on predefined business requirements
  • Designs, custom develops, codes, and test complex programs & software, especially for ERP system using programming language (Java, ABAP)
  • Responsible for programming project
  • Perform implementation activities such as installation of ERP system
  • Handle integration of business process and procedure
  • Maintain & handle troubleshooting bug fixing for developed application
  • Handle component data migration
  • Create report to meet need of business

6. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Informatics Engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience working with database queries (SOL including DDL and DML).
  • Knowledge of reporting or BI tools (i.e Ms Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills.
  • Fastlearner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate in English actively is a must.
  • Has Interest in Data analytics and Data Science.
  • Knowledge and experience in programming is a a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools.
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. SAP BOB), Tableau).
  • Collectand cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs.
  • Develop and execute database queries and perform data analysis.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare documentations, training materials and conduct training to business users.
  • Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, identify improvement and resolution.
  • Work together with team to deliver BI solution to business users.

7. IT-OT BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Requirements :

  • Academic Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Computing/Computer Engineering
  • Technical Skills: Requirement gathering and facilitation
  • Custom Application Design concept: UML, Design Patterns, etc
  • General purpose programming: C#, Java, Python, etc
  • Database programming: Entity-Relationship, RDBMS, SOL, etc
  • Application Testing and Test Design: V-Model, etc
  • Atlassian Jira Service Management
  • Agile Scrum Development Methodology
  • Bonus: - OSisoft PI - Industrial Control System Programming
  • Strong command in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, Self-driven and disciplined
  • Is a Team Player
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to work overtime occasionally (especially for deployment activities)

Responsibilities

  • Report to the WCS IT-OT OSM Team Lead (in Indonesia), who in turn reports to the Wilmar Global IT-OT Service Delivery Lead (in Singapore)
  • Support the following major IT-OT Global Systems:
  1. Process Information Management System (PIMS)
  2. PID Loop Tuner (PLT)
  3. Future I1-OT Application Systems
  • Provide operational support to Wilmar global IT-OT application users.
  1. System Maintenance activities
  2. General liaison and announcements
  • Provide service management support to Wilmar global I7-OT application users, such as:
  1. Handle reported incidents and resolve according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  2. Support general service requests
  3. Develop business change requests
  • Attend scheduled and on-the job trainings, build core skill set and be able to fulfil job role
  • Manage the expectations of IT-OT application users
  • Educate users and encourage adoption of standards and best practices on using the 17-OT applications supported by the Team, whenever opportunity arises

8. PURCHASING STAFF

Job Requirements :

  • Min. S1
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Purchasing (diutamakan)
  • Memiliki ketelitian yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin (diutamakan)
  • Menguasai Ms. Excel
  • Memiliki pengetahuan SAP (menjadi nilai plus)
  • Work Locations : Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Melakukan proses pembelian
  • Melakukan monitoring sampai barang diterima
  • Melakukan kontrol pembayaran PO
  • Mengkoordinasikan permintaan barang dengan User
  • Membuat report pekerjaan

9. ADMIN FINANCE - DCV

Job Requirements :

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 Ilmu Administrasi, Akuntansi, Manajemen, dan lainnya yang relevan
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Administrasi
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki keahlian dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Sum!f)
